Our Story in Moonah
Our story began in December 1990, when Howell Automotive was established to serve motorists in the Hobart area. Our workshop in Moonah was founded by Rodney Howell with a focus on mechanical repairs and servicing. Over the years, our work has expanded to include performance tuning and diesel vehicle upgrades while retaining the direct customer communication that has long been part of our approach.
We work with motorists needing mechanical repairs, brake and clutch repairs, car air conditioning attention and vehicle inspections. Drivers also come to us for performance tuning, diesel tuning and broader diesel mechanic work.
